Dive the Hall of Fame Reef - A South Florida Reef Dive Site

Location:  Fort Lauderdale (ridge complex)
 
Description:   Named for the adjacent Swimming Hall of Fame inshore. This reef is a part of the Mooring Buoy Program. The main ledge faces east harboring the highest concentration of marine life. The ridge runs parallel to the shoreline north & south. Usually very little current and lots of bottom time.
 
Navigation:  Pretty much from any mooring buoy you can navigate north or south. The ridge runs parallel to the shoreline. Can be done as an anchor or drift dive.
