Type:   Drift Dive
Depth range:   52' - 62'.
Suggested skill level:   Open Water Diver or equivalent experience.

Location:   Fort Lauderdale (outer reef)

Description:   Excellent 10' drop on the Western edge. The undercuts and overhangs make great fish havens. Coral table tops on the top of the reef as well as west in the sand. Very good for tropical fish and some Hogfish in the sand. Ridge runs north & south with the current. Also there are sections in the middle of the collapse feature that did not collapse orig anally that create additional habitat.

Navigation:  Depending on the current, begin either at the south or north hook and drift along the main ledge. Mid way through the drift don't be fooled by the reef seeming to end, continue on and the ledge picks back up.
